Niji no Yuki PV . . . GORGEOUS. Beautiful. The special effects are stunning. Seriously, it's the prettiest-looking video they've done in eons. I'm even willing to forgive that less-than-entirely-flattering hairstyle on Shou. The song is lovely, too - though I imagine I'm not going to get the full impact of that until I actually have the CD in my hot little hands and can put it on the iPod and listen with headphones.
I guess this is going to be an annual PSC tradition now - have one of their bands release a Big Ballad for Christmas. Last year it was GazettE's Pledge, this year, Niji no Yuki. Which means next year will be Kra's turn . . . unless PSC decides to skip right over them and hand the honor to ViViD. Sadly, I wouldn't put it past them.
I had a hell of a time watching the video itself, though. The first version I downloaded was so HD that it overspilled my screen, cutting off some of the picture, and it kept getting stuck. So I tried to watch the stream linked to the Alice Nine community - only to have that buffer and buffer and buffer and . . . I finally ended up pausing the video until it loaded completely, pushing it back to the beginning and then watching it again. I think I've downloaded a workable copy from another journal. At least, I hope I did.
