Ah, but it's entirely possible that Kamijo had a happy ending of his own once he and Hitomi split! They did break up because Hitomi's true soulmate lay elsewhere; it might be the case of both of them! (This is a universe based in happy endings, after all!) And it's a very good thing Hitomi and Jun came to their senses! They'd miss out on the love of a lifetime otherwise!
