Byou and Jin actually moved into their own apartment after they officially became a couple. They decided to give up the Screw Crew house because all four of them decided that Byou and Jin needed some "alone space." Manabu and Rui are, at this point in the series, each living in their own small apartments now. (One of these days, I need to create a timeline for this series, including stuff that is currently only headcanon and hasn't made it into the fics yet).
