I'm a little confused. I guess I assumed that Kazuki had enough interaction with Byou when they did the threesome with Aoi that they wouldn't be complete strangers to one another. But Kazuki acts as if he's never even seen Byou naked in person.
Still, I love that he's coming out from Aoi's shadow a bit: gaining confidence and making his own friends. Love this series!
