Okay, is it just my overactive fangirl imagination, but . . .
At around 4:21, Hiroto starts talking about becoming friends with an actor who worked on the Aquarian Age movie they did the theme song for (I think it was Mirror Ball?). "We got so close, we call each other 'Tocchi' and 'Hiro-chan' now!" he says.
Shou then replies, "Wow, seems hot! Seems like a nice friendship-bond!"
So . . . Shou finds the idea of Hiroto getting close to another guy hot? o_O (Must resist the Shou-watching-Hiroto-get-it-on-with-Tora-and/or-Saga mental images . . .)
