I've been writing my fic for the uruai summer challenge. And writing it, and writing it. This is turning out to be one heck of a monster. I'm having fun with it, though. Not giving too much away, but it's a sort of fantasy/fairy tale AU with roots in a very well-known movie.

And I'm starting to do my research proper for my Germany trip - as in, figuring out how to switch terminals during my layover in the Dusseldorf airport (I have a three-hour gap between flights on the way to Munich, bleh) and how to get to the place I'm staying by train from the Munich airport. (Apparently, that part is easy - there's a station right in the terminal where I'm coming in). Plus, my hostel has a breakfast package available (yay!), so I don't have to worry about where that is coming from.

It's funny that the "Munich" part is sinking in, but the "seeing the Gazette" part hasn't fully hit me - yet. It will when I get there, I'm sure.
