I actually enjoyed writing the reactions of the people there to MiA. I've always envisioned the reaction of the "old guard" to the Suicide Boys as being something like the reaction of the "traditional" entertainment industry to punk rock or visual kei. (And MiA is the NORMAL one out of his group of friends!) The thing with them facing each other was definitely to emphasize the difference between a personal moment and a "professional" one - and to show their growing feelings for each other. As for MiA's relationships with his other friends and a possible love interest . . . see the new chapter I just uploaded. ~_^
