Yes, exactly - he's not quite as innocent as he seems on the outside. He may have thought he was getting into it to make money for college, but Yuuki made him realize the REAL reason he was doing it. They're opposites in some ways, and very much like each other in some other ways! (Which is why they were a lot of fun to write - the fic ended up a LOT longer than I was planning!)
